Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Director Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (PPS-7)
- Master’s (16 years education) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Development, Business, Political Science, Economics or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Monitoring & Evaluation
- Data analysis, report writing & statistical tools knowledge preferred
Assistant Director Finance (PPS-7)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial & administrative project functions
- MS Excel, accounting software, Power Query / Dynamics / QuickBooks experience is a plus
Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing (PPS-6)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Graphic Design / Visual Arts
- Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design, UI/UX or digital branding
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite required
- HTML / CSS knowledge is an additional advantage
Office Assistant / Program Assistant / Compliance Assistant (PPS-6)
- Bachelor’s degree (14–16 years education)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Strong communication, MS Office & coordination skills
Office Helper / Driver (PPS-2)
